In case someone did not recommend her, I have worked very successfully 
with Deb Basile at Pillsbury, Wallace and Murphy in Springfield.

She and her assistant Michelle helped secure three trademarks -

VALLEYWOOD - hold registered (r) in US

GREENWAYS - hold registered (r) in US, UK and GERMANY

FOOTPRINT.- hold registered in (r) in US and GERMANY - UK (tm)

TOTAL COST: approximately $16,000

I am seeking the following:

1) BUSINESS CO-OWNERSHIP

Any business or organization with publications that wants to co-own the 
tradmarks.

VALLEYWOOD is trademarked for production houses

The two others are PUBLICATIONS, ONLY

2) TRADE MARK AGENTS WHO SPECIALIZE IN PUBLICATION MARK SALES

Note: There are many trademark agents and one can sell a mark at 
whatever the market will bear. I know GreenWays and FOOTPRINT are very, 
very valuable for any alternative energy publication or multi-media 
company. But I have had some trouble, given lack of time, locating a 
PUBLICATION TRADEMARK AGENT.

So please let me know if you have info on those types of agents, ONLY.

3) ANY NON-PROFIT WITH PUBLICATIONS THAT WILL PUT UP A NEWSLETTER WITH 
ME USING THE GREENWAY / FOOTPRINT MARKS

I would donate the marks to you for a period of a year and provide 
content we can turn into a newsletter, combining my content with yours 
and sharing editing services.

In exchange, we get to keep the marks without additional renewal fees. 
Plus, we then cut a deal for sponsorship, advertising for the products, 
including events and conferences, that utilize the marks. Go to
