I second Susanna's recommendation of Paul Rapp. He specializes in intellectual property, has reasonable rates, and is very responsive. As I said separately, a lawyer shouldn't really be necessary, although I do confess that the time I applied for a trademark, a lawyer did point me in the right direction; but I completed the form myself.
