[Hidden-tech] XP tech support, Cummington area

Hello HT group,

I received a call from the Cummington area from someone with an XP blue
screen of death.

They had installed Adobe X on Friday but had used the system after fine, no
boot today though, F8 won't go into safe mode.

It is out of my area (1 hour away) so I hoping someone nearer will be able
to help them out.

Let me know if you can help and I will pass the contact info on.
