[Hidden-tech] email marketing deliverability

To Shel's point you'll notice that a LOT of the real pro email marketers
just go with plain text emails.

Aweber seems to be the favorite among this group, but I hear many people
saying they like mailchimp too. I don't use it a lot, but I like it.
