Are you logged on as exchange, pop, or IMAP via your android?
What email system are you using?
Firmware are you using?
Is this a rooted phone?

I had good luck with both my Androids HTC G-1 and the Samsung Vibrant I have
used both with in stock and rooted forms. Please provide more details. I
have a clue what is going wrong but need to know more to be sure.
