[Hidden-tech] need Access database created -- really what is needed is a CRM

I like ACT! : http://www.act.com - I've used multiple versions and it's both
user friendly (one can get up to speed fairly quickly) and has the ability
to take contemporaneous notes.  I think Pioneer Valley Training gives
training/support as well, FYI
