[Hidden-tech] Google update woes

Hi Susanna,

You are no doubt referring to the Google Apps merge with regular Google
accounts.
I've been doing those transitions for the last couple of months.

It is a little daunting, but not difficult. Feel free to set an appointment
if you'd like my help on that.
