[Hidden-tech] default format for GMail font size

How can I unversally change the font and its size for my outgoing GMail?
 I know I can adjust each outgoing email 
but it is annoying to have to do it each time. 

How to create format overall?
 tried the tools, cannot find anything. 
want larger type and a different font.
