it seem odd FB acted so fast and gave it to them unless the other person provided some solid documentation Trademarks do not need to be registered - you only have to show a pattern of use, not sure how the international issue plays into this. How that relates to reclaiming it is the problem -- now FB acted reversing is an issue, although I doubt you need to sue -- you will probably need to talk to an IP lawyer to get the best plan of action. I'd also google for people with stories about resolving such issues w/ FB.
