Shalini, I recommend Dan Green. He's done a lot of development into putting actual metrics and numbers behind online reputation, which in the end make it easier to understand. It's really easy to get caught up with what 1 or 2 people say online, when in reality those people may have very small reach or influence. While at other times, hundreds may have no reach, but 1 or 2 have a huge reach. Just imagine if I found your clients site versus say Oprah. Now based on that what is the dollar impact for each based on reach. I can tell you, mine is close to Oprah's, but not quite there yet.
