[Hidden-tech] Looking for internet alternatives

Last time I checked, I'm local. I live locally, buy gas locally, buy food locally, eat, drink and am merry locally.

But seriously, you can use DSL either resold (Crocker via Verizon, but they can tell you who they are using if this is wrong), direct (Verizon), Comcast (through your friendly local rep) or bonded T1s (expensive). Satellite, I have never heard anyone say they like it. One Comm is another option, but not too many people happy with them lately.

Although I don't know too many internet providers locally that will give you approximate speeds of 22/5 Meg for $99.95 per month, or 12/2 Meg for $59.95 per month with free Norton Antivirus for up to 25 computers and SharePoint software, all included. And I'll give you the local install waiver special.

** Be sure to fill out the survey/skills inventory in the member's area.
** If you did, we all thank you.

Stick with comcast (fast, pretty reliable) or go with Crocker DSL
(local, awesome support)
