Don,

You should be able to log into your Verizon account online and go to
Voicemails. From there you should be able to save the files to your
computer's desktop and from there burn them to a CD using various utilities,
probably including iTunes.

I use Sprint, not Verizon, but I've done this with voicemails from Sprint.
