If the drive includes the SCSI card and it is an Adaptec PCI card (eg some flavor of AHA-2940<mumble>, it should be plug and play (you may have to dig out your MS-Windows installer CD to get the driver, but it will be there). ANY linux box will have the driver module as part of the stock kernel. *I* presently have a AHA-29160 card in my desktop (I'm not actually using it at present), and have several AHA-2940's (some wide, some narrow). I have an assortment of SCSI cables, terminators, etc. as well. > > Best, > > Jim Ault > > ---------- Forwarded message ---------- > From: Jim Ault <james.m.ault at gmail.com> > Date: Wed, Oct 13, 2010 at 10:07 AM > Subject: Syquest drives/ Pagemaker 6 ? > To: "hidden-discuss at lists.hidden-tech.net" < > hidden-discuss at lists.hidden-tech.net> > > > Hi everyone, > > I produced a booklet in print and pix to accompany a documentary film I > produced.
