Another recycling collection is happening in a couple of weeks on Saturday, October 23 - this time in Northampton

ELECTRONICS RECYCLING COLLECTION

Saturday, October 23, 9-12. In the JFK bus loop in front of JFK Middle School, 100 Bridge Road, Florence.

Open to the public - no registration required.

Fees are: $5 each for computer, printer, VCR, DVD player, stereo, radio, fax, photocopier, phone; $10 each for TV, monitor, stove, washer, dryer; $2 for computer peripherals (mouse, keyboard).

Those with large quantities may call ahead (585-1074) to unload early. Proceeds benefit JFK PTO and the Northampton Public Schools. Many thanks to Duseau Trucking of Hatfield for generously donating recycling services, and to the Northampton Chamber of Commerce, the Northampton DPW, and the Daily Hampshire Gazette for cosponsoring the event.

Please note: We are unable to accept refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, or any appliances containing freon at this collection. For information about disposing of these items, please call Northampton DPW, 587-1570 ext. 106.
