Hello Tom,

Thanks for the reply. I'm posting this reply back to the list as it may be
of interest to potential partners.

You are right, hypervideo has lots of as of yet untapped potential. The big
applications are ads, news and information, and educational material. I
also have a keen interest in exploring interactive story telling, which is
an almost completely unexplored art form.

It has long been my opinion that the television post-production artist is of
paramount importance to the future of hypervideo as an art form. It has
been my quest for a number of years to find as many ways as possible to
enable the post-production artist to produce hypervideo without a large
number of significant changes to the existing post-production working
model. I have found many.

Post-production tools (a few of them) are in my plan, and I've been
designing a tool called "Flux" (We're sending you back to the future!) which
is a hypervideo capable nonlinear editor. I think that artist input into
the design of the tool set is, as I said, critical.

When I get things set up I'd like to form a board of advisers. Being that
you are a local post-production artist with an interest in hypervideo would
you like to be included in this?

Thanks,
Ted
