[Hidden-tech] Looking for partner / CEO

I am looking for a business partner to co-found a software enterprise and
take the CEO seat.  It is my intent, being a technologist, to take the CTO
seat.  I have a business plan written (needs modifications) and have been
developing technology assets.  The general area in which this start-up will
work is on-line television and hypervideo.  For public information about
