[Hidden-tech] Online calendar creation suggestions

Does anyone have any suggestions for design-your-own photo calendar websites. I've used vista print but not really happy with the lack of options and "templatey" look and poor shipping options. 

I'm looking for sites that tailor to
professional photographers who are interested in selling calendars to a potentially large retail market.
