[Hidden-tech] CoLo locations in the Valley

I sent out an email a little while ago asking about hosting solutions, 
however, after looking at the various options we believe that hosting 
our own server is probably the best option because of all of the fancy 
controls that we need to run this particular web site and a huge backend 
database.

I've been trying to get through to Crocker for pricing and availability 
for colo options, but haven't been successful in getting a call back. 
Are there other hosting solutions in the area that you could recommend?

Also, what are typical of maintenance and backup options for colos?  Do 
they normally provide backups or do you normally have to get something 
offsite like CrashPlan?
