[Hidden-tech] Need a hosting site and quick

I have a client who has a sophisticated web site that has very specific 
requirements and must be blazingly fast.  I'm looking for anyone that 
might recommend a place that can meet these needs, and again, must 
provide FAST web serving.

NEEDS:

(1) Needs to be on the east coast to minimize latency
(2) Must be able to host Flash
(3) Must be able to host a SQL backend
(4) Must be able to stream video
(5) Must cost less than 100 dollars a month

and

(6) Must be able to put up this site by FRIDAY. (November 19th)

Right now the site is hosted on 1and1.com, but is not fast enough, 
especially with the latency from its servers in California.

The only place I know on the east coast is probably Crocker, but I don't 
know if they have all of these capabilities and can finish by Friday.
