[Hidden-tech] Looking for Sugar expertise

Maybe it's just me, but we tried for almost a year to use SugarCRM and make
it work for our business. We've since switched to Batchbook and been
extremely happy. Obviously it can't be completely customized, but it has a
ton of integration and can be customized for a lot of things. Sugar was
always just very clunky on the things that mattered most, like working on
clients/customers. Just my 2 cents, I say look for other solutions before
wasting time trying to make Sugar fit your needs because in the long run the
system itself is flat.
