For those of you who don't have cable or dsl, but can get a weak signal - even if it's up on your roof - there's equipment you can buy that will receive that signal better than your cell phone & transfer it to an antenna inside your house. It's expensive, but it can save you long-distance costs. In my case, it will allow me to eliminate one of my 2 land-lines. I'll also be able to give my cell number to clients without lengthy explanations about trying my landline first because my cell doesn't work at home and I won't know they've left me a cell message, etc. /Reva Reck/ /reva//@//revareck.com/ Greg Caulton wrote: > ** Be sure to fill out the survey/skills inventory in the member's area. > ** If you did, we all thank you. > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > G'day All :-) > > Anybody with an AT&T phone who gets only a weak signal at their home > or office might like to try using an AT&T device called a Micro-cell. > They're now available locally.
