Hi folks...

I'm expanding my use of the Google platform and checking out a couple of
cheap / free CRM SAS apps that integrate with gMail / GoogleApps.


   - Has anyone used Capsule CRM or looked at it?

   SalesForce was overkill and too hard / time consuming to set up.
   Insightly is too basic. Capsule seems customizable but simple and integrates
   with gMail.

   - Capsule also integrates with MailChimp. I have been using Aweber. Can
   anyone give me compare / contrast / comment on pro / cons features / uses of
   each of those?

   It would be great to have Autoresponders / Newsletters / drip email
   integrated into the CRM. I never felt the interface on Aweber was easy to
   use. Can MailChimp do everything Aweber does PLUS drip email?
