[Hidden-tech] Springfield conference-room

Thanks everyone for the responses. 

I got some suggestions to contact Evan Plotkin at 1350 Main St.,Don Courtemanche of the Business Improvement District, and Lynne Anderson of the EDC of Wmass at the  that I'm going to follow up on. 

There was also a suggestion about renting a room at Pazzo's at the Basketball Hall of Fame which won't work for my application, but might be of interest to others (and I'll keep a note of it).
