[Hidden-tech] Looking for expert MySQL DBA

I am in need of the consulting services of an expert MySQL DBA.

The problem involves the need to sort out millions of member data records by
hundreds of different individual columns for different user-interface
selections requiring near instant (<1 second in local testing environment)
results lists.  Ideally a candidate would be able to come to our office in
Amherst during business hours to discuss issues in person and to work
through possible solutions.

Please do not respond with basic suggestions on indexing and normalization,
this project is beyond the basics of those solutions.
