[Hidden-tech] help with Moodle frontend

Has anyone created a searchable front-end to a Moodle database of online
course materials, including video?

Love to have a quick chat this week, just to get a sense of the scope of the
job plus broad pricing for a large grant that needs to go in this week, of
which this Moodle front-end is a small part.
