Hi Fred,

While I can't speak to LinkBuilding.Net in particular, in general, it  
sounds to me you should stay away from this one.  Correct, you will  
not derive an SEO benefit from an outgoing site link.  Furthermore,  
like you, I hold suspect sites that don't identify themselves well.
