[Hidden-tech] LLCs

This is a pretty common task for a lawyer. I'm pretty sure the state even
has a standard rate set. The last business I setup as an LLC we went into
the lawyers office for about 30-45 min. Like 4 days later and $1000 we were
an LLC. There wasn't a lot of research involved. Speak to your accountant
first about the best way to setup your company if you have any question
before going in. An good accountant can steer you in the best direction for
your business from a tax standpoint. I recommend Kevin Vann at Dufault,
Vann, Carella. www.dufaultvanncarella.com. He's always steered me right in
any business ventures I've started.
