1000% concur. My son, with a 'Hamp High education completed the
incorporation papers for my company all from Nolo Press books.

Before I sent the stuff to the Commonwealth, I called an atty. His only
addition was a very few words about holding patents. 

I saved a few K, Jim Jr got smarter.
