[Hidden-tech] mac FTP program recommendations for Mac and PC

I use Interarchy or Flow on the Mac.  Both have really nice Mac-style
interfaces and a ton of extra features (including drag and drop, tabs, and
finder keyboard  shortcuts).  Neither is free, but they're both low pretty
affordable.
