Andrew,

Having used Fetch, Vicomsoft and various other FTP programs over the years,
I have to recommend "Transmit" above all of them. It is by far the easiest
ftp program I've ever used. Fetch seems very 1990's by comparison.

I can created groups of related FTP servers, AND, it includes the drag and
drop function you're looking for: just save a "droplet" for a particular
server and keep it where you want. I have droplets in various client folders
so I can just drag a file to it and be done.

Transmit also consistently is top-rated by MacWorld, Leo LaPorte, et al.
