[Hidden-tech] hosted web forms

I have used wufoo.com a while ago.  They allow you to build the form  
and either host it on their site or you can download the html for your  
own site.  Either way, the form processing takes place on their server  
and I believe the css stays on their server too unless of course you  
decide to move it to your own as well.  I think it might be what you  
are looking for:
