Hi Hidden Techies,

I am working with tour guides to build customized business
networking/development tours and programs in locations listed below. There
are big business opportunities for those who want to partner with me in this
new business line, which brewed up recently when a NJ tour guide reached me
to create customized programming for her group.

I have been working with one of our members in NJ, Betty Schwartz, to
develop the contacts, pull out discounts and create programming for
customers. We are the programming people and liaisons to the
attractions/lodgings ONLY, not the booking agents or tour guides. (Aside -
Betty is building her voice over portfolio and will help you cut rate; free
if you can get her out on YouTube, to clients, etc . . .)

I am looking people who might want to partner with me, have an internship or
subcontract labor. I know of several businesses in the region that work in
tourism, so I would love to connect with you if you want. Anyone in
marketing/sales would also be welcome to reach me. Please do so directly at
az at a-zinternational.com.

If I can get groups of 10 or more then I can get rates cut in half at most
lodgings. Example - you can get very nice accommodations in Harbour Island
for $65 - $75/night, including tax and maid service; $100/night at a very
elegant Berkshires hotel and spa; $55/night at a very nice Berkshires
Quality Inn. All is arrange.

And, if Hidden Techies do come with me to these locations I can arrange to
connect you to business owners for networking purposes. I would even create
a business networking meeting through the lodgings and/or attractions.

So, come network with me and build your business in paradises from Franklin
County to The Bahamas, Cape May County, NJ to the Berkshires. What more fun
than making business while you play. The big corps do it and so can we.

See options below. They were addressed to tour guides.

NORTH BERKSHIRE AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES, MASS. OPTIONS

Shelburne Falls, for example, has the famous Bridge of Flowers and is quite
an artist's destination.

There are more Buddhist shrines, ashrams and spiritual healers -- and yes,
yoga instructors -- in Franklin County then in half of South East Asia. OK,
than anywhere outside of Marin County. Not an exaggeration.

Half of my Hidden Hollywood studios are here. The biggie in the Berkshires
is in Williamstown, just 40 minutes away or less.

THE ARTS, Hidden Hollywood tour can combine visits in North Berkshire County
with MOCA and the Clarke Art Museum in Williamstown, plus Synthespian
studios (just did special effects for Surrogate) with a dip into Franklin
County to visit artists and digital artists, plus a day in Shelburne Falls.
I LOVE that place. Lew and I go there whenever we need a getaway near home.

For MIND, BODY, SPIRIT we can do the tour of Tibet (3,000 Tibetans now in
this region) I have devised (it is amazing) with a yoga workshop and
shamanic journeys, psychics, channelers, etc .. .for those who want some fun
on the mystical side. It will sound weird to you, but I find these folks
(the good ones, anyway) to range from amusing to enlightening.

The Porches is a fabulous and very unusual modern lodging in North Adams
across from MOCA. There are great restaurants now in this former Mill Town.
It is very, very New York. Look up Mass MOCA. What a unique place.

And there are lovely B & B's just down Rt. 2 heading East. For hikers and
kayakers there are great river tours.

SOUTH BERKSHIRE COUNTY

Again, we can do Hidden Hollywood and Mind, Body, Spirit with different
museums and practitioners. All has been researched now.

NOTE: I have three Berkshire lodgings available ranging from $100 -
$55/night. Some are very luxurious. All are very comfortable.

CAPE MAY, NJ

Betty has established contact with my brother who will personally guide her
to his team. He and I do not work together as there is sibling crap, but we
got his attention. I know he urgently needs business and will pull out all
stops to make whatever programming we want. I will act as a
behind-the-scenes adviser as I know the place intimately.

Lodging rates to be determined. They will be reasonable.

HARBOUR ISLAND, ELEUTHERA

I have lodging at Tingum Village on Harbour Island. This is a very clean,
simple bungalow hotel with fabulous food. The owner is the mother of half of
the top politicians of the Bahamas. Not exaggerating.

They have a beach house, very lovely, that sleeps 10.

I have booked a three-bedroom cottage from Feb. 14 - 21 for myself, Julia
and a buddy. If you wanted to join me for even three nights (very doable),
it would probably cost you about $100/night.

I also shipped you information on another lodging down by the harbor -
Valentine's. The Landing is the place owned by Prince Charles' cousin, India
Jones. I mixed that one up. Both are very Bahamas, very lovely.

The owner can bring in a historian to offer a lecture/tour of the island. We
can offer a photography tour as this is often a site for filmmakers and
photographers given the stunning landscape and ocean scenes. 200 miles of
untrammeled beaches. It is truly heaven on earth.

Group rates - $65 - $75/night - tax/maid service included

I am around a lot now. Please make a time to talk.

best,

AZ
