It is meant for listing property for sale but might work for you.
It can be easily installed with any host using Fantastico or any AMP
configured server.
Best of all is the price...free!!!!

Hello Hidden-Techies -  

Happy New Year! 

My client needs a site that is database driven. This is a rental property
website where either renter or landlord can post to the site about
properties. Client would also like the ability to have users upload their
own listings and their own images. Once site is built they want the ability
to manage the listings (not the layout or anything). Similar to
amherstrent.com. Their budget is on the small side.
I can do the layout design so I just need the PHP, Drupal or whatever is
best built. 

Please provide samples of work, ballpark estimate and turn around time.
