Well I guess that the backup solutions vary because businesses require different solutions. However, we are evaluating CrashPlan, and so far I REALLY like it. It can back up to a server or to the CrashPlan cloud and you can restore your files anywhere anytime from any computer through the web interface. I've already used it once to restore a very important document I was using when my primary computer was down. But yes, you make an important case that it would be nice to have a meeting to discuss backup issues.
