I haven't used Eventlist for a while but think you may need to create two events to do that, one on first and another on 3rd Fridays. I've switched to using GCalendar ( http://g4j.laoneo.net/content/ ) which I feel more comfortable customizing and which has very good developer support, as well as being based on Google calendar so the back end is well known and supported. However, as best I can tell from trying, google calendar also lacks a mechanism to define a single repeating event to do something like first and third Fridays. If anyone does know how do to that, please fill us in! I like GCalendar because it has a custom front end, rather than simply loading an IFrame of the google calendar page. Thus you can tweak the modules to match your site's objectives. GCalendar's main weakness I know of is that it fetches data from google via the xml data API, which can add a couple seconds of page load time to the site. With caching enabled, that isn't a big issue, but I've been tempted to fiddle with adding some sort of automatic caching that would fetch info from the google server so it wouldn't need to be fetched during a client's page load.
