Hi David,

My lady friend was a longtime Palm user with Verizon, but then it also
died necessitating a switch. She tried a Blackberry but it proved to
be a nightmare to get it to sync with her Macbook. Verizon doesn't
make it easy to install the necessary software. Even the local tech at
her Verizon store couldn't set it up. Long story short, she switched
to AT&T and got an iPhone, which as a Mac user, she absolutely loves.
Everything is seamless, works like a charm. Web surfing, phone,
texting, all problem-free right from the beginning. And probably most
importantly, in an interface that she is familiar with. Btw, she was a
former PC user up to about 3 years ago.

Obviously cost for the AT&T plan is more, especially since it includes
Internet access.

Good luck.

Kimo
