[Hidden-tech] Phone App for Local Sustainable Food Providers

Hello All,
I am wondering if any one within this list can give me some assistance
on *how-to
create a phone app. similar to the Wholefoods app. with some variations?*

Ultimately, what I am trying to create is a similar app containing databases
or all the recipes, foods-on-hand, favorites, lists etc.  *AND* I would also
like to include locations of Local Sustainable Farms/Foods [or stores
carrying local foods i.e. WholeFoods and River Valley Market Coop and/or
local restaurants–using local foods].

*ADDITIONALLY,* I would also like to be able to include a database of the
foods particular sustainable farms might be featuring any particular week.
For example, if Town Farm has green beans, lettuce greens, radishes and
basil, in a certain week,  this would also appear within the app. and could
be spun into the recipes offerings– within the recipe database.

I realize due to the nature of the ever-changing listings of fresh foods,
coming from the local farms into the database, this would be a ‘live’ and
changing app.– if there is such a thing?

   - Does anyone know how-to build such an app?
   - Or, know of any leads for me to follow in pursuit of this possibility?
