Is there an easy-to-use, inexpensive (free?) program for diagramming a
website (at least the top 3-4 levels)?

 

I'd like to show the navigational flow of pages -- and using Word, Excel, or
Quark would be kludgey.  
This is not for me to build the actual pages -- just to be able to plan and
discuss the organization.

 

Any suggestions?  Many thanks.
