Since there have been a number of posts about how to address this issue in the future,
(which where not released since they really are not of much help to Sarah now)

I am going to just remind people in the various Internat under served areas, that
if you want to resolve this issue in the future that you would get involved
in your local town efforts as part of
        Wired West

I know many of you are part of driving this effort, we all thank you and I also invite GAW
or any other last mile provider
