[Hidden-tech] (Ballpark) Cost of a full T1 line?

In a conversation today the price of a full T1 came up.  The person I
was talking to was quoted a price of $500/month for a full T1 line. 
This supprised me -- I had thought the the price for a full T1 line
(here in Western Mass) had come down to about $300/month.  Was I
mistaken? Or is this an excessivly high quote?
