Yes, there's a special application from Google that allows you to sync from
Google Calendar to Outlook and visa versa ... Google Calendar Sync ... just
Bing or Google it and you'll find the link to the download at Google.

Once everything is in your Google Calendar, then getting it back and forth
to your Droid (or BlackBerry, btw) is no problem.
