[Hidden-tech] Bento for Small Business?

Hi there, 

Is there anyone using Bento to track their sales calls, follow ups, and to-dos?

I downloaded the trial version and somehow I'm not getting how it works.  I have a feeling "the answer is a keystroke away"  but perusing tutorials, knowledge base etc, isn't doing it for me.  I'd happily buy someone lunch for a hour of conversation. 

I'm usually pretty good at software and have used databases before so I'm not sure what it is I'm missing. Or maybe Bento ain't the right app - but then what is?
