Hi Stacey,

Unbiased third-party opinion - if you're running a home business and reliability and support are important to you, I'd recommend you consider yourself a business first and a home 2nd.  Go with a business class service, regardless of the vendor.  We use Crocker hosted VoIP for 21 employees (9 hard phones and 14 soft phones) and are happy with the reliability of the service - and I know where I can find Matt if that ever changes  ;)
