Sorry for being just a bit too quick with assumptions. Things are just a 
little bit trickier when the second computer is a PC, but the answer is 
still "yes". The details have evolved some as Mac OS X has progressed, 
so you'll have to try and see. There is no harm in trying from the PC 
and then going the next step with the Mac sharing and trying again until 
you have it working.

I found a couple of detailed tutorials online. As I said, your mileage 
may vary depending on how your version of Mac OS X compares with what 
the blogger was using. Take a look at each of these, check your version, 
and then try what looks likeliest to you.
