Microsoft’s Virtualization platform, including Hyper-V R2 and SCVMM by David Hanna (Microsoft)
Hyper-V Virtualization enables multiple IT workloads to run on a single physical machine as virtual machines (VMs). Fewer physical machines can lead to reduced costs through lower hardware, energy, and management overhead, plus the creation of a more dynamic IT infrastructure. With the release of Windows Server 2008 R2, Hyper-V has received a significant upgrade, including new features like Live Migration and Cluster Shared Volumes.

In this session, we will demonstrate and explore the latest server virtualization solution from Microsoft. We will cover Hyper-V architecture, deployment and management with System Center Virtual Machine Manager, and high availability.
