If you use Firefox, there are several add-ons that enable you to save videos from lots of websites. Be warned - the downloaded file will be a *.FLV and will not be playable in the windows media player or quicktime, so you will need a different player to few them -- VLC and KMP are both good. VLC is open-source and plays most video formats. Some of the firefox video download add-ons will enable to convert the file from FLV to another format of your choice.
