You can download the .flv file with one of these two FireFox extensions:

		Flash Video Downloader
		Flash Video Resources Downloader

This gives you a FLV file.

*I* do this all of the time, since I have (slow) dialup internet and
effectively cannot stream video in anything close to real time.
