[Hidden-tech] skype (et al) for business

This is not one of your choices, but..

I use Global Pops for telephone service for a dial-up ISP. They also
advertise low cost telephone service, which I think is VOIP.

The other day I called over a billing issue. The connection was terrible.
Voice was garbled to the point of difficult to understand. One would assume
they are using their own system & service.
