[Hidden-tech] rates for short-term office space?

What would do you feel would be an average rate that people would be willing
to pay for temporary space on 2nd floor, in downtown Northampton?

Including coffee machine and supplies, water cooler, wi-fi or hardwired
Internet access:

1a) 1-3 hours conference room (use of computer, projector, and audio system
included)

1b) Same as above, but for all day--anywhere from 7am-10pm

2a) 1 day for small/medium sized office (including phone service, use of
computer and reasonable use of printer)

2b) Same as above, but for 1 week
