Wow, there's quite a range between rackspace and godaddy.  Are they looking
for dedicated or shared servers?  It sounds like they want dedicated servers
if they're looking for OS level access, that can get quite expensive with
replication and mirroring.

I would actually recommend Rackspace, we've had great luck with them, and
while they are more expensive than a lot of bargain basement hosting
providers, they really have excellent service.
